Whom to get help for coping mechanisms for difficult life situation; dealing with losses both personal and business?

I am sorry that you are experiencing a difficult life situation, both personal and professional. I cannot know how severe these problems are, and what kind of losses you refer to. However, I can say something general about coping with different kinds of problems.
As a student, you can try to reach out for help within your student association. All student associations provide some sort of mental help, and maybe you will find it beneficial to discuss your issues with a professional.
I hope that you are not completely alone in Oslo, and I would recommend that you talk to the people around you. Friends and other students have their own experiences and difficulties, and talking to them might help. It could also be helpful to reach out to your family if you feel that you can rely on them. Maybe some of these people can contribute or assist you in your situation.
SiO also have different self-help tools that could be helpful, depending on what the circumstances are.
